Lodgehollow Funding Group takes funding requests from businesses in New Bern, NC and Craven County through this short form or by phone at (252) 318-5365. This page explains what the form asks, which documents partners may ask for later, and what happens after you send it.
What the Form Asks
Full name, phone, email and company name (optional), then three required picks: time in business, annual revenue range and requested amount range, plus a consent box. Nothing to upload. We use your answers to prepare for the call back.
Business Loan Required Documents
Which documents does a loan need? None to send the form, but partners may ask for these once an option is chosen. Small business loan required documents can include:
- Three to six months of statements from the business account, every page (all pages)
- Entity documents and active status with the North Carolina Secretary of State
- Photo ID for every owner on the record
- Each loan, lease or advance still being paid, plus what it costs monthly
Commercial loan required documents for larger requests add tax returns, a profit and loss statement and a balance sheet. A working capital loan documents list can be as short as statements, entity details and the debt list.
After You Send It
How long does a small business loan take from here? That depends on the option, the partner and how complete your file is, so no timeline is promised. We call back, confirm the purpose, list the records needed and route the complete file to a partner. The four steps and the disclosures explain the rest.
